As you may have heard, starting July 2026, NKU employees will start to use Workday for HR and Finance tasks like time off requests, timesheets, travel, expense reports and budgets. To help employees prepare for this change, department Change Champions, have been selected to represent their areas at monthly, informational meetings.
Together, these colleagues form NKU’s Change Champion Network. As advocates for the transition to Workday, Change Champions receive project updates and view demos so they can share information and promote awareness with employees in their respective areas. They will also relay feedback and questions from their departments to the NKU Change Management team.
