The College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) at 50¶È»Ò has implemented an administrative fee for the processing of educational documents and forms required post-graduation from the School of Nursing.
The fee is $28 per form and applies to, but is not limited to, the following documentation:
The student or the organization will need to submit payment. Once payment is submitted or received, we will begin processing your requested documents. Please allow 2–3 weeks for completion. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to SONGraduateForms@nku.edu.
